This week (Saturday, 2nd April) our ranks were bolstered by the inclusion of WBOP Magic training partner Martina Reekers.  Martina played all four quarters. There is always a transition period for athletes playing in two squads and their availability for trainings due to loading and coaches being mindful of the need to balance their programme.

Tania Fink and Wirihana (Wids) Wilson were named in the 2022 National Umpire Squad for the 2022 edition of the ANZ Premiership and Synergy Hair Netball League. Tania is in her fifth year in the squad whilst Wids has been named for the first time.

The Waikato BOP NNL team travelled to Rangiora to play their 2nd match against a highly rated Mainland team. They posed some real strength with ANZ Tactix training partners being available for the match. Our second game away and the juggle of Covid and ANZ commitments saw a changed line up for WBOP.
