During the current COVID-19 crisis, Netball Waikato Bay of Plenty is still in operation and all staff are still working hard to support our netball community.
Like all in the netball community and the wider sporting landscape, Netball WBOP has lost significant amounts of revenue, leading to our need to make tough decisions on staff remuneration and work conditions.
Until Friday 19 June, official “office” hours for Netball WBOP will be 9am-4pm Tuesday to Thursday. Zone staff will continue to provide support, knowledge and resources to our Netball Centres, players, coaches, umpires, officials and volunteers, as they themselves continue to plan and prepare for future netball activities.
