It was great to be back at the Silver Fern Farms Event Centre in Te Aroha for our last home game against Mainland, with the support of our whanau and friends.
The team was connected from the moment we arrived and during our game preparation routines. We started the game very strong and maintained our lead in all four quarters taking the win 42-34. We are very proud of the girls for taking responsibility for their own jobs on court, adjusting and adapting to the play in front of them and sticking to their subgroup focuses.
Our next game is on Sunday 20th June v Northern Comets in Auckland at 1.05pm
