The Netball Waikato Bay of Plenty Zone (Netball WBOP) have announced their NNL summer squad for the 2022 season. The squad features a number of players throughout the Zone and provides a mixture of youth and experience.
Head Coach, Helena Hoult said “she was pleased with the high calibre of trialists” who were put through their paces over a two day programme, that commenced with fitness testing, skills and drills and then court play. Helena expressed “selecting the squad has already proven very difficult and will be an opportunity for the players to show their determination and commitment over the Xmas break, when they return early January 2022 that will see them carry out another fitness test on day one”.
The final trial for the WBOP NNL team will be held on 14 & 15 January 2022. Further details will be provided early next year.
We are pleased to advise the 2022 WBOP NNL summer squad:
