WBOP vs Southern Blast, Edgar Events Centre, Dunedin Sunday, 6th June.

Our weekend started earlier than expected with the Hamilton fog in fine form for our flights down south - with some quick investigative work and decision making, we were able to organise a flight from Auckland direct to Dunedin for our round 8 game against Southern Blast.

With no wins in date in our campaign, the team were resolute in ensuring our performance was focused on ensuring we could execute our game plan and processes for a full 60 minutes, where the outcome would take care of itself.

While we are proud of our improvement in performance, we are disappointed that our performance failed short of 60 minutes.  Where our focus changed from our performance - to focussing on the outcome which ultimately was our down fall in the fourth quarter and allowed Southern Blast to pull back to draw the game.

Our final home game is in Te Aroha on Sunday 13th June at 11.05am v Mainland, and we are determined to show our whanau, friends and community that we have what it takes.

We would love your support!
